The goal
of the Programme - to help young people
to adapt to an ever-changing social environment and make informed
career decisions through development of critical
thinking and life long learning skills.
Programme is for any school level, any subject
teachers, who care about their students’ future, successful
personal and professional life and for this purpose decide to review
their teaching by means of critical thinking development for future
career of young generation.
Presented materials are grouped according very
general school levels, describing knowledge, skills/competences,
attitudes, values students need to acquire.

The
programme assists teachers in introducing career development to
students aged 11-16 years old (5-10 forms). The curriculum is designed
to be used as an optional subject or extracurricular activity,
depending on the teacher’s preferences and
the school’s academic schedule.
This programme will help students learn about
themselves and what is important to them, appreciate the
importance of planning for their future careers, explore the world of
work and
make preliminary career choices, investigate their chosen occupations,
understand the need for education, recognise that career development is
a life
long learning process, and acquire job seeking skills.

Guidebook includes lesson examples and
descriptions that help better understand the Programme.

Programmes benefits
- All programmes can be easily adapted in different
countries by different subject teachers.
- Students age periods are flexible and comfortable.
- Topics are very general. The variation of
sub-topics is very welcoming.
- It is not obligatory programme. Teachers can use
them according their needs and possibilities.
- Teachers don’t need additional teaching
hours in order to use integrated programmes (with exception of the
specialized programme).
- Teachers using this programme can work according
existing, officially approved curriculum.
The Programmes and Guidebooks are published in
English and also presented in national languages of partners in CD-ROM
format.
